Japanese-speaking Immigration Paralegal

Overview The role focuses on providing day-to-day case support for business immigration matters, with a particular emphasis on serving Japanese-speaking clients. Responsibilities include demonstrating expertise in procedural and processing requirements for various business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions with USCSI and consular applications, specifically E1/E2, L1A/L1B, L Blanket, H, L, TN, O, P, PERM, I-140, and AOS. Daily tasks involve independently analyzing case documents, preparing business immigration applications for attorney review and submission, taking ownership of the case docket, and assisting with the review of Japanese-language documents and communications. Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages, is required for effective communication with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
