Position: ☢ Radiation Therapist ☢ Location: Taylor Regional Cancer Center, 125 Greenbriar Dr. Campbellsville, Kentucky Schedule: FT position- day shift What You’ll Do ◉ Ability to prepare, compile, and maintain accurate and concise documentation. ◉ Collaborates effectively with physician and dosimetrist daily to deliver radiation therapy treatments accurately following physician orders and treatment plans. ◉ Assist with scheduling and uploads correct information for medical records and billing departments. ◉ Operates medical equipment safely and efficiently. ◉ Follows all regulatory and hospital safety, radiation, and infection control policies. ◉ Follows HIPAA compliance. ◉ Exhibits professional decision making and proper course of action. ◉ Perform daily equipment warm-ups, quality assurance checks, and report any malfunctions. ◉ Provides patient education about treatment procedures and side effect management. ◉ Participates in all required continuing education to stay current with radiation therapy advancements. ◉ Performs quality assurance daily and assumes responsibility for LINACC, Kodak CR and C-T What We’re Looking For Associate or bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy required Valid KY state and ARRT license. 1-2+ experience preferred.
