Our mission is comprehensive healthcare across North Arkansas, and our vision is to be the region’s most trusted and preferred provider—one patient, one family, one neighbor at a time.Job SummaryAssess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders; complete timely documentation; educate patients/families; and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team across inpatient and outpatient settings.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia.Perform and interpret Modified Barium Swallow studies; plan therapy based on results.Educate patients/families; provide staff in-services on communication/swallow issues; track outcomes/quality data.Document charges and clinical progress accurately; participate in performance improvement.Job QualificationsRequiredMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Arkansas SLP license; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); BLS.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.PreferredExperience with adult patients.
