• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm clinic hours
• Phone call coverage required -- equal rotation with other providers
• 18 - 20 scheduled patients per day
• Adult 70%, geriatric 20%, pediatric 10% patient mix
• Hospital privileges required
• Must treat adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
• Minimum 6-month commitment -- full year preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
