The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing, business development and sales, and intake management within Genesis. The Marketing Specialist ensures that business development requests are fulfilled timely, in accordance with brand management standards and are synchronized with sales and business development activity, which includes: research, data collection, presentations, and in-house archives organization and maintenance. The Marketing Specialist is a resource for the field/business units for marketing and advertising.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification (full-time, part-time, or casual), job grade, location, and length of service.

Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis on Marketing, English, and/or Communication. At least two years of previous marketing experience, preferably in the skilled nursing industry, required. Demonstrated experience in marketing communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating a variety of business communications and presentations. Excellent organization skills combined with good interpersonal skills necessary.
