Associate Territory Manager - Charlotte (Field)

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support the Interventional Surgery Division in Charlotte, providing field-level clinical training and case support to physicians and hospital staff. The role involves 80% travel and positions high performers for advancement to Territory Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field-level customer training and technical support for surgical cases with sales and logistics teams
• Conduct in-service education and training for hospital surgery staff and clinical personnel
• Support development of regional physician proctors and centers of excellence
• Manage territory account records, sales funnel goals, and promotional materials inventory
• Perform minimum three operating room visits and four surgeon contacts per day

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• 1–2 years general sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in operating room environment
• Valid driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
• Strong interpersonal, oral communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology
• Willingness to relocate for Territory Manager opportunity
