Job Description- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and architecting native ( iOS, Android ) and hybrid (Ionic) mobile applications . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end mobile performance, robust API integration, and a strong commitment to quality, including monitoring, testing, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Architect, design, and develop scalable native and hybrid mobile applications (iOS, Android, Ionic)
- Lead end-to-end performance optimization, including profiling, benchmarking, and troubleshooting
- Integrate and manage complex API connections, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for mobile app health and usage analytics
- Drive comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, UI/UX, and regression testing)
- Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility best practices across all mobile platforms
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, Backend) to deliver high-quality solutions
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development and architecture (iOS, Android, Ionic)
- Proven track record of delivering high-performance, accessible, and reliable mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of mobile frameworks, API integration, and security best practices
- Experience with monitoring tools, automated testing, and accessibility standards (ADA)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
