Human Resources Coordinator (Bilingual Mandarin)

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and non-exempt positions including delivery drivers, dispatchers, warehouse associates, and support staff. Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruiting agencies, and other sourcing channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and pre-employment onboarding requirements. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring needs. Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community recruitment initiatives to attract talent. HR Coordination & Administrative Support Assist with onboarding activities including new hire documentation and orientation scheduling. Maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and compliant. Support HR team initiatives and day-to-day administrative functions. Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR processes. Assist with employee engagement and retention activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of HR coordination or recruiting experience; high-volume recruiting experience preferred. Experience supporting logistics, transportation, delivery, warehouse, or similar operational environments is a plus. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar tools. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Comrise
