VP, Claims Operations

For our client, we are seeking a VP Claims Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Plano, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $257,250 – $463,050 annually Responsibilities Develop claims operations strategy aligned with the company’s goals Achieve employee, member, and financial objectives Implement industry best practices across claims processes Lead various teams to meet specified business outcomes Collaborate with senior executives on enterprise initiatives Manage overall risk and regulatory compliance Sponsor transformational efforts across operational areas Build and guide a team of claims executive leaders Design claims servicing solutions leveraging multiple capabilities Monitor identified business risks in accordance with compliance policies Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience 10+ years in financial services, particularly in P&C claims and strategic management 8+ years of senior leadership experience with high-performing teams Track record of strategic solution building and transformative execution Deep expertise in P&C insurance risk and compliance Ability to influence across executive levels and disciplines Proficiency in turning strategic visions into actionable plans In-depth understanding of P&C government regulations and requirements Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) and pension plans Life insurance options Parental leave and adoption assistance Flexible paid time off, including holidays and volunteer hours Career path planning and continuing education opportunities Wellness programs for employee support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
