Nursing Assistant - PRN

Congregation of Holy Cross (US Province) in Notre Dame, IN, is seeking a dedicated and caring PRN Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate healthcare team at Holy Cross House. WHAT'S THE SCOPE?As a Nursing Assistant, you will assist our nurses and provide medical, nutritional, emotional, and spiritual care to our beloved residents (priests), earning a competitive base pay of $17 - $18 per hour. Plus, enjoy a shift incentive of $1.25 for 2nd shift, $1.50 for 3rd shift, and $2.00 for weekend shifts. We have the first, second, and third shifts available. The first shift is from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the second shift is from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and the third shift is from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. If you're ready to make a difference and help our nurses, keep reading to learn more about this healthcare opportunity! YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERAs a Nursing Assistant, you will spend your days providing medical, nutritional, emotional, and spiritual care to our residents. You will interact with them in a loving and caring manner, helping to ease the challenges of retirement, loss of privacy, and independence. Your duties will include assisting nurses with daily living activities, performing necessary cleaning and disinfecting tasks, documenting care activities, and ensuring that residents are comfortable and well-cared for. You will also collaborate and report between shifts to ensure seamless communication of resident care.
