As the General Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure our ice cream scoopers uphold the company’s value of providing the best possible customer experience to every customer. This is accomplished through employee training, coaching, & feedback. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for customer and employee complaints and questions. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed by your team, that the shop is up to health code standards, & is running effectively.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Can stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Can lift 50lbs
• Current Food Handler’s permit (can obtain after hire)
• Respect for safety & hygiene standards
• Can stay unapologetically positive in a high-volume & customer-facing position
• Ability to work in close proximity to others

• Scooping shifts
• New & current employee training
• Employee evaluations
• Team communication
• Balancing cash drawers & running deposits
• Inventory & ordering
• Shop cleanliness
• Customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Job Details:

• Position Location: Telegraph, Fallbrook, & Village Gardens
• Position Type: Full time salary (40 hours / week)
• Pay Range: $45,000/year
• Job Shift: Monday - Friday
