Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY. This role is responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, explaining product and service offerings, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, following up on leads, conducting in-person and phone consultations, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. The associate will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, prepare basic sales reports, and collaborate with team members to support promotions and marketing initiatives. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, providing post-sale support as needed, and representing the company in a professional manner at all times. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in customer service, relationship building, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Experience in sales, retail, or commission-based roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals. Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic written documentation skills. Solid organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple leads, following up consistently, and maintaining accurate records. Comfort working in an on-site environment, engaging directly with customers, and collaborating with colleagues to support team objectives. Basic proficiency with computers and common business software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or point-of-sale systems). High level of integrity, reliability, and motivation to succeed in a commission-driven environment.
