Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through structured interviews and standardized tools. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address diagnosed conditions, ensuring adherence to best practices in therapy. \n
- Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing clients with skills and coping strategies to manage their mental health issues effectively. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to create a continuum of care for clients requiring additional services. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage case notes efficiently within our EHR systems. \n
Your work will primarily focus on clients grappling with a diverse range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your expertise is essential in helping individuals navigate their personal journeys toward recovery. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Active and valid state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n
- A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice. \n
- Comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds in an affirming and supportive manner. \n
While not mandatory, experience with specialized populations (such as children, adolescents, or individuals with severe mental illness) and proficiency in delivering group therapy is preferred. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques will enhance your ability to serve our client base effectively.
