About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee its daily operations and ensure the efficient delivery of services. The COO will be responsible for the day-to-day management of title, escrow, closing, and post-closing functions, with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. This role involves working closely with the CEO to support company goals, develop employees, and implement best practices to improve service quality. Key responsibilities for the COO include leading and supporting employees, monitoring workflows and productivity, and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be involved in budgeting, expense management, and operational planning, as well as assisting with technology implementation and process improvement efforts. Core competencies for this position include leadership, operational management, customer service, compliance and risk management, strategic thinking, financial accountability, team development, communication, decision-making, and process improvement. The role is remote, with occasional travel for meetings, training, or industry events.
