Required Skillset:Expert knowledge of NodeJS-based application developmentDeep experience with MongoDB, including data design and performance optimizationBroad hands-on experience with AWS-based infrastructure and deployment processesWorking knowledge of Redis, Docker-based containerization, Terraform, Jenkins Flexible and adaptable with a positive “can-do" attitudeExcellent communication skills with an ability to work effectively in-office and remoteAble to build modular, loosely coupled, reusable, and maintainable software components Solid experience in modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS (React JS /Redux experience a plus)?Role and Responsibilities:25%- Help to direct and mentor a growing and distributed team of developers at all levels of experience (from junior to senior/principal) leadership. Observe and promote software development best practices such as proper testing and code review, reuse, and refactoring25% Be a proactive and hands-on technical troubleshooter to identify issues early and prevent them from occurring. Optimize the applications for stability, security, speed, and scalability. Hands-on production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.50% MERN Development. Contribute to the design, definition, and implementation of the application and feature-level architecture across multiple services and tiers.
