Job Title: Cyber Security Solutions R&D Job ID: 87065 Location: Fairfax, Virginia What you will be doing:

Support daily operations within the Security Operations Center (SOC)
Conduct security research and development to enhance cyber defense capabilities
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats
Perform incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture and solutions
Develop and implement security tools, processes, and best practices
Document findings, create reports, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation

What you must have:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR Minimum of:
- 3 years of experience in security engineering or security operations
- 4 years of experience in security incident response
Active or ability to obtain S ECRET level security clearance
Must hold and maintain:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) from ISC2 OR an approved equivalent certification
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) OR approved equivalent
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) OR approved equivalent
All substitute certifications must be approved by the SOC Program Manager (PM)
