All of our clinics maintain a friendly atmosphere that helps patients feel at home in their surroundings. Having several locations allows patients to conveniently attend physical therapy two to three times per week to improve their daily functions. Greet patients as they come in the door.4. Schedule new and returning patients.5. Scan necessary documentation into patient's electronic account.6. Manage faxes7. Collect OTC payments in accordance with Patient Payment Guidelines.8. Contact referrals the same day as received and attempt to schedule appointment within 24 hours9. HIPAA10.
