Our commitment to building and innovating in the ai space provides the framework intended to drive smarter decision making and enhance how we build and operate our platforms and applications.As a member of Point72’s technology team, we encourage and support your professional development from day one—helping you advance your technical skills, contribute innovative ideas, and satisfy your own intellectual curiosity—all while delivering real business impact for our multi-billion-dollar global business.What you’ll doBuild and evolve the Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning platform to support accounting, procurement, accounts payable, and financial planning workflows across the firmLead end-to-end configuration, enhancement, and release activities for financial modules, driving measurable improvements in process efficiency and data accuracyDevelop and deploy financial models, reporting packages, and planning templates in Adaptive Planning to accelerate budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysisDesign and implement integrations and data pipelines between Workday, Adaptive Planning, and other financial systems to ensure reliable, timely data flowPartner with finance stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, configurations, and executable test plansCreate and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automated data imports to eliminate manual work and increase visibility for finance leadersOwn support triage and incident resolution for financial applications, delivering timely root-cause analysis and long-term solutionsProduce clear documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to scale adoption and operational self-sufficiencyMentor analysts and collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to prioritize roadmap work and execute agile delivery cyclesWhat’s requiredBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, information systems, or a related field5+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or financial systems roles5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Financials, including business process configuration, security model changes, and financial module maintenance5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Adaptive Planning models, reports, and integrationsDemonstrated experience building and maintaining integrations between financial systems using APIs, file-based feeds, or integration toolsProven experience creating advanced financial reports and automating data loads and imports for financial reconciliation and analysisPractical experience applying the software development lifecycle and agile delivery practices to system changes and releasesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating business requirements into technical configurationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with finance, technology, and vendor teamsCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWe take care of our peopleWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. For more information, visit The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
