Qualifications & Skills: Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: 2-5 years for entry-level; 5-10 years with supervisory experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required. Skills: Leadership, staff management, patient care coordination, budget management, and communication skills.
