IT Support Specialist

We are seeking IT Support Specialists to work in a consulting environment for a variety of clients, primarily in the biotechnology industry. Currently hiring for full-time, onsite work only. You will be required to provide your own travel to client sites located mostly in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. Most client sites are within a 20 minute drive from SFO Airport. Preference is given to applicants with a Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year college. Job Requirements This position involves working with a team of consultants and following the direction and guidance of a senior staff member and/or technical lead. Your customer service and people skills are paramount, but you will need to be comfortable working with desktops/laptops, mobile device hardware, and common software applications like Microsoft Office. Our company supports Windows and Mac at the desktop, as well as a variety of server platforms and enterprise hardware.
