Sales Representative – San Mateo NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113 TruGreen is hiring on an ongoing basis. As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you will be the welcoming face in neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Using our proven Sales Playbook, you will provide tailored services, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners in door‑to‑door outreach, understanding their needs, and delivering custom lawn care solutions. Build trust and satisfaction, turning “just looking” into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance in a CRM, measuring activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean record; reliable and road‑ready. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing conversations. Time‑management and self‑starter mindset; proactive rather than reactive. Proficiency with mobile technology – tapping, swiping, and tracking via smartphone. Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25lb while working outdoors.
