Purpose The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for daily clinical operational oversight and performance for Thompson Residential programs. Success will be primarily measured through core data points: staff retention/engagement data and program outcomes/quality data. Primary Responsibilities Will use a trauma-informed approach in their daily work and interactions with others using the principles of CARE: Developmentally Focused, Family Involved, Relationship Based, Competence Centered, Trauma Informed, and Ecologically Oriented. Proactive coaching and feedback to ensure professional development and growth of direct reports. Setting programmatic objectives, defining roles, and prioritizing tasks for direct reports. Effective proactive communication in all directions (up, down, sideways) to ensure program needs are met. Recruit, interview and selection of top tier talent for their program staff. Conduct thorough and well‑documented assessments of direct reports performance. Proactively address performance issues and replace team members who consistently fall short of delivering on their objectives. Create an open and trusting environment where teamwork and collaboration is valued. Compliance with the agency Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to ensure program data and outcome goals are met. Ensure internal and external clinical standards are met regarding records, documentation and general services provided. Coordinate and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to represent the program and its needs. Act as a role model across the organization for other staff regarding professionalism, positivity and teamwork. Respond and address to any client/parent/guardian complaints/concerns.
