As an Agent in Training, you will help drive agency growth, deliver customized insurance solutions, and contribute positively to our supportive team culture. This role is a great fit for those with strong communication skills, a sales-focused mindset, and a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by finding prospects and converting leads into policyholders
Conduct client consultations to evaluate needs and recommend coverage
Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and provide ongoing policy support
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, helping the agency grow
Stay current on products and compliance requirements
Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals
Participate in team meetings and develop sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals
Coachable with a willingness to learn
Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
Bilingual abilities are a plus
