Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and develop personalized treatment plans

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge protocols, and home exercise routines

• Engage in multidisciplinary care team meetings and conferences to ensure cohesive patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) would be beneficial but are not a requirement
