Autonomous Safety Driver's Needed

Level 3 Vehicle Operator

Are you a safe, dependable driver who enjoys working with technology and being part of the future of transportation? Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing company as a Level 3 Vehicle Operator and help support the testing and operation of cutting-edge self-driving vehicles.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate and monitor vehicles for 48 hours per shift
• Support vehicle testing and daily operations
• Perform basic software and technology-related tasks
• Document observations and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams
• Conduct vehicle readiness inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Assist with vehicle logistics, storage, and transportation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and workspaces
• Complete operational reports and documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

• Excellent driving record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting basic issues
• Ability to remain focused and attentive during extended driving periods
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
• Military experience
• Previous experience in operations, transportation, testing, or logistics

Schedule Options

Day Shifts

• 5:45 AM 2:15 PM
• 6:45 AM 3:15 PM
• 7:45 AM 4:15 PM

Night Shifts

• 1:45 PM 10:15 PM
• 2:45 PM 11:15 PM
• 3:45 PM 12:15 AM
• 5:45 PM 2:00 AM

Available schedules may include:

• Wednesday Sunday
• Thursday Monday
• Friday Tuesday
• Saturday Wednesday

Compensation & Benefits

• $29.00 per hour
• Additional pay for weekend shifts
• Additional premium pay available for qualifying night shifts
