Surgical Services RN Educator & Onboarding Lead

Mercy Health

Mercyhealth is seeking an RN Education Coordinator for Surgical Services to lead design, implementation, and evaluation of perioperative nursing education. This role supports onboarding, validates competencies, and fosters ongoing professional growth within the surgical services department.

The position is day shift, Monday–Friday, with focus on evidence-based practice and certification advancement across units. A BSN is required; MSN preferred, with RN licensure and BLS on file.
