The Temp Receptionist role is designed to support front-desk operations during full-time daytime hours. This position involves managing visitor interactions, handling phone communications, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of administrative duties that ensure smooth office activities. No travel or off-site duties are expected for this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors professionally upon arrival
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Provide general customer assistance as needed
- Coordinate office activities and workflow
- Complete basic administrative tasks to support office operations
