We help discover passion—the driving force that makes one smile and innovate, create, and make a difference every day.Location: Mclean, VA (5 day onsite + Flexible schedule with occasional on-call rotation for P1/P2 incidents).Key Responsibilities:Design and architect the enterprise DevOps platform to support a large and growing user base, ensuring scalability, resilience, and multi-tenant performance across the organization.Define, instrument, and track team maturity metrics using DORA (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, and Time to Restore Service), alongside MTTR, adoption, and service performance KPIs — and benchmark against industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.Lead the team toward DevOps maturity through the adoption of AI — leveraging AI/ML for intelligent automation, predictive incident detection, anomaly detection, automated remediation, code quality analysis, and data-driven decision-making.Own service delivery, SLAs/SLOs, incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices.Ensure reliability, availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery (DR), and platform governance at enterprise scale.Lead DevOps platform modernization, upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives, including AI-augmented tooling and workflows.Drive CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, observability, DevSecOps, and release governance best practices.Manage security, compliance, audit readiness, and risk controls.Partner with business, engineering, security, and vendor teams to align the DevOps roadmap with organizational objectives.Equal Opportunities Employer:Hexaware Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
