Compliance Analyst

Supporting compliance operations, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and facilitate communication with stakeholders to address compliance issues. Key responsibilities Manage assigned Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) from initiation to completion Review and analyze root causes of compliance incidents to ensure alignment with federal and state regulations Coordinate communication with business areas and regulators to support compliance remediation efforts Required qualifications At least 2 years of compliance and/or audit-related experience or equivalent education Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate reports Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
