**Responsibilities:**

* Greet residents, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance with inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate and efficient records, including resident files, scheduling, and communication logs
* Provide administrative support to the Community Team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
* Coordinate with staff members to ensure seamless communication and provide support as needed
* Participate in community events and activities, assisting with planning and implementation
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
