Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to support inspection activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing in-process, receiving, and final inspections of parts and assemblies, verifying compliance with engineering specifications, and maintaining quality documentation. The ideal candidate has experience using precision measurement tools, interpreting technical drawings, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. There are two potential shifts available, shift A being Sunday through Thursday and shift B being Tuesday through Saturday each of them are 8:00am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspections of parts and assemblies.
Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using hand measurement tools and gauges.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.
Support First Article Inspections (FAIs) and quality documentation activities.
Verify inspection records, test data, and related documentation for accuracy.
Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

This a permanent role and pay for this is between $30-$35/hr based on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with GD&T concepts.
ERP software - SAP
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs).
Familiarity with CMM inspection processes.
Experience supporting corrective actions and root cause analysis.
Background in regulated or precision manufacturing environments.
