Forklift Operator – Flooring Distribution

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy flooring distribution company. This position will assist with receiving, organizing, pulling, and loading flooring materials in a warehouse environment.

Job Duties

• Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload flooring materials from trucks
• Pull and stage customer orders for shipment or pickup
• Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming products
• Verify materials and quantities for accuracy
• Perform general warehouse and material handling duties
• Safely handle heavy and oversized flooring products
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Flooring, tile, building materials, or construction supply experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift
• Dependable with good attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
