Remote Senior Safety Manager (Fully Remote)

Lead the strategic vision of safety with executive leadership and partner on company-wide policy development. Drive safety culture, employee engagement, and operational risk management across field and office teams. Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations, plus client-specific safety standards. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of progressive safety leadership experience, with 5+ years in senior-level roles in construction, low-voltage systems, or electronic security. Extensive knowledge of OSHA, workers' compensation, and industry best practices. Proven ability to partner with executives and drive accountability for safety performance. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, EHS, or related field preferred; CSP, CHST, ASP, OSHA 500/510 certifications a plus. Highly adaptable, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety software.
