Job Summary:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is available at a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients, with a focus on those admitted to the coronary care unit (CCU). The position requires a commitment to a night shift schedule and an ability to work every other weekend and holiday. Candidates must meet specific experience and certification requirements to qualify.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, less than three years of experience, adequate education and certification in nursing, and residence more than 50 miles from the facilitys location in Rockford, Illinois
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CCU patients in medium-sized hospitals, demonstrated availability for a 13-week assignment, and ability to work every other weekend and holiday
• Additional Information: Candidates should have experience with critical care nursing, particularly in a CCU environment. The role demands adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and SOPs, with a focus on providing high-quality care during night shifts.
