HVAC Service Technician

Our client, a commercial HVAC services provider , is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting the Commercial & Industrial HVAC Operations Team . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills , a self-driven work style , and reliable decision-making abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HVAC Service Technician Location: Tucson,Arizona Pay Range: $30–$45/hour (DOE) What’s the Job? Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems Diagnose system issues and make independent service decisions in the field Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer standards Communicate with customers and internal teams on service needs and updates Maintain high productivity while working with minimal supervision What’s Needed? Valid EPA certification required 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and independent decision-making skills Experience working on large commercial or industrial systems (chillers a plus) Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR screening What’s in it for me?
