Occupational Health Registered Nurse needed for a long-term contract role with Yoh's client located in Waltham, MA. Hours: 4 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday (Friday's off) Top Skills You Should Possess Registered Nurse Occupational Health What You’ll Be Doing Manage workers’ compensation cases, including evaluation, treatment (within scope), and ongoing case management Provide clinical services within the on-site Occupational Health Center Administer medical surveillance programs in compliance with federal regulations and company guidelines, including: Hearing Conservation Respiratory Protection Powered Industrial Vehicle Reproductive Risk Assessment DOT & Hazmat Vision and Laser Safety Evaluate and treat work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, referring as appropriate Maintain confidential medical records in compliance with OH, legal, and HIPAA standards Support assigned sites with occupational health nursing services and consultation Assist with incident/accident investigations and follow up on health-related action items Utilize clinical judgment to assess medical surveillance data and employee fitness status Ensure adequate inventory and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment Provide travel health consultations and guidance to employees Conduct periodic worksite assessments, documenting observations and recommendations Accurately document all encounters in the electronic medical record system (EMR) What You Need to Bring to the Table Registered Nurse licensed in MA Three (3+) years of practice in Nursing.
