Specialty Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline Therapy Responsibilities Assist patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and maintain activity under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Meet productivity expectations in SNF settings, targeting PTA productivity ranges of 93‑95% (PT 90‑92% referenced). Use SNF documentation systems and patient care protocols. Float to other facility locations as needed. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required). Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience. Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations in SNF settings. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5x8 format. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
