Guidehealth

Company Description

WHO IS GUIDEHEALTH?

Guidehealth is a data-powered, performance-driven healthcare company dedicated to operational excellence. Our goal is to make great healthcare affordable, improve the health of patients, and restore the fulfillment of practicing medicine for providers. Driven by empathy and powered by AI and predictive analytics, Guidehealth leverages remotely-embedded Healthguides™ and a centralized Managed Service Organization to build stronger connections with patients and providers. Physician-led, Guidehealth empowers our partners to deliver high-quality healthcare focused on outcomes and value inside and outside the exam room for all patients. As a growing and innovative organization, we operate with a high degree of agility. Employees are expected to adapt to evolving business needs, step in to support cross-functional initiatives, and contribute beyond traditional role boundaries when needed. This collaborative and flexible mindset is essential to our success. We encourage cross-training, ongoing development, and a commitment to learning across all areas of the business—ensuring we continue to grow and you continue to thrive as a high-performing, mission-driven team. Join us as we put healthcare on a better path!! Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Partner with clinical operations teams (Care Management, Quality, Population Health, Customer Service) to identify, prioritize, and collect requirements for Rose’s use cases. Maintain and prioritize use cases, features, and enhancement requests, balancing clinical impact, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness. Own the project plan for Rose use cases from requirements through deployment, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation. Ensure timely and clear communication of priorities and activities to leadership and cross-functional partners. Analyze performance data to identify trends, surface improvement opportunities, and inform the roadmap. Conduct regular call audits to ensure clinical accuracy, HIPAA compliance, appropriate tone, and adherence to approved scripts and conversation flows in partnership with clinical subject matter experts. Ensure all use cases comply with applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, URAC, DiME, and state-specific requirements. Facilitate regular program reviews with senior leadership, providing status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations. Build strong relationships across the organization to drive adoption and gather continuous feedback. Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes in a complex, cross-functional environment. Experience standing up a complex product, shepherding it from development to implementation, and maintaining product integrity through its lifecycle. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into roadmap decisions. Proficient with coding languages like Python and SQL, with the ability to query data, review scripts, and collaborate effectively with data and engineering teams. Proven ability to execute in real time when plans go sideways: calm under pressure, quick to adjust, and accountable for outcomes regardless of cause. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:

Background that demonstrates iteration as a discipline: refining the same work over multiple cycles (seasons, cohorts, program years, product releases) and treating repetition as a tool for improvement. History of applying the qualifications from the previous section in a clinical setting Experience building, deploying, or managing conversational AI, voice AI, or LLM-powered products, ideally in a regulated industry. Familiarity with AWS-based development tools and Atlassian-based (Jira and Confluence) productivity tools. Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and frameworks, including HIPAA, CMS, and state-level compliance requirements. Experience in environments where decisions must be documented and defensible to outside scrutiny: audits, accreditation reviews, peer review, oversight bodies, or board-level reporting Strong understanding of healthcare operations, particularly in areas like care management, quality measurement (HEDIS/Stars), or call center operations. Background working closely with data science and ML engineering teams on model performance, evaluation, and iteration. Experience with agile delivery frameworks in a healthcare setting.

ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day execution details. Clinical Empathy: Deep appreciation for patient experience and clinical team workflows. Analytical Rigor: Comfort with data, metrics, and evidence-based decision-making. Influence Without Authority: Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Execution Orientation: Relentless focus on delivering outcomes, not just activities. Additional Information The salary range for this role is $145,000.00 to $150,000.00 ALIVE with Purpose: How We Thrive at Guidehealth At Guidehealth, our values come to life in everything we do. We are Driven by Accountability — grounded in transparency, reliability, and integrity as we navigate challenges and opportunities alike. And through Empathy in Action, we build stronger connections with those who count on us. This is what it means to be ALIVE with purpose. This is how we thrive — together — at Guidehealth.

BENEFITS:

All full-time employees of Guidehealth who work 30 hours per week or more are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. Temporary employees and contractors are not eligible for benefits.

COMPENSATION:

The listed compensation range listed is paid bi-weekly per our standard payroll practices. Final base pay decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.

OUR COMMITMENT TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT
