Responsibilities Collaborate with various stakeholders to conceive innovative solutions for new system implementations and enhancements to existing applications, while ensuring adherence to programming standards. Develop specifications, formulate test plans, and manage projects within the assigned scope of work. Design and build solutions leveraging AI services and machine learning models tailored to unique use cases, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art methodologies. Utilize advanced machine learning and AI techniques to uncover valuable insights from complex datasets and resolve intricate challenges. Deploy trained models into production environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and peak performance, adapting to integrate effortlessly with existing systems and applications. Craft and implement multi‑agent architectures that enhance client workflows. Travel may be necessary for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business demands and client requirements. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of extensive experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science. At least 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Minimum 5 years utilizing AI/ML and cognitive services from at least one cloud service provider. Experience (minimum 1 year) in designing, building, or implementing Agentic Architectures. At least 1 year in developing Conversational AI applications using cloud services and orchestrating AI/ML services for comprehensive solutions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years) is required (must have at least 6 years of experience if holding an Associate’s Degree). Preferred Qualifications Experience managing and leading Generative AI/Agentic delivery across organizations. In‑depth industry knowledge and experience in designing industry‑specific AI solutions. Experience building out AI infrastructure and optimizing performance. Background in consulting/advisory roles with a strong history of experimenting with emerging technologies.
