Position Overview

As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping patients begin and navigate their orthodontic journey. From the initial consultation through treatment acceptance and ongoing communication, you will help patients feel informed, confident, and excited about their care.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care and relationship building.

Requirements

• MUST have at least 2 years of Orthodontic Treatment Coordinating experience
• Previous orthodontic or dental front office experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients of all ages
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency with dental software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of orthodontic terminology, procedures, and insurance processes preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and present orthodontic treatment plans to patients and families
• Explain financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options
• Build strong relationships with patients to encourage treatment acceptance
• Schedule appointments and maintain efficient patient flow
• Communicate effectively with doctors and clinical team members
• Ensure patients feel supported and informed throughout treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming office experience
