Nurse Practitioner | Pain Management | Jacksonville, FL

Healthcare United is seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join a growing and well-supported outpatient spine and pain management practice in Northeast Florida. This position offers a full-time outpatient schedule, collaborative physician support, and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions. The practice is focused on improving patient function, mobility, and quality of life through comprehensive pain management care.

The incoming provider will join an established team in a specialty practice environment with strong clinical resources, a stable patient base, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments

• Perform history and physical examinations

• Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic pain conditions

• Provide medication management and monitoring

• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans

• Manage follow-up visits and ongoing patient care

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff to optimize patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license

• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start

• Experience in pain management, spine care, orthopedics, neurology, primary care, acute care, or post-acute care preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Excellent documentation and EMR proficiency

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills
