Payroll Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY: The Payroll Clerk is responsible for reviewing, processing, and analyzing reports, assisting with legal and personnel file requests, payroll batch work, pulling files from storage facilities, and completing miscellaneous responsibilities.Work is primarily in a quiet office environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and compare various reports Data entry Payroll batch maintenance Receptionist fill-in Communicating via email with stores Work with personnel files Work with seasonal projects such as Profit Sharing and W-2s POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High degree of accuracy Attention to detail Ability to work productively to meet strict weekly deadlines Typing/10 key skills required Previous office experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required Exceptional organizational skills and efficient multi-tasking Physical ability to lift and move 40 lbs Calmly handle overwhelming situations that may arise intermittently with workload Problem solving skills Must be willing to work occasional overtime Excellent attendance Positive attitude Skills & Requirements Qualifications Don't see a job that meets with your interests?
