The Standard is seeking a Compensation professional to join our Compensation team in Portland, OR. You will conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation analyses, partnering with HR leaders to support annual processes and incentive programs. You'll develop reports and models to inform design and drive data-driven decisions, while handling sensitive information with discretion and contributing to process improvements.
