Job Summary:
The organization is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) for an assignment in Overland Park, Kansas. This position involves working in a General Emergency Department that handles adult and pediatric patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role offers nights shifts with a minimum scheduled hours per week, starting from August 3, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Overland Park, Kansas
• Position: Emergency Room RN
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours
• Schedule: Minimum of 36 hours per week, three shifts every 13 weeks with guaranteed hours of 3 shifts.
• Required Qualifications: Missouri or Compact License, minimum of 2 years ER experience, certifications including ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and valid vaccination records including flu vaccine.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system, management of dysrhythmias, management of patients with multisystem organ failure/dysfunction, arterial line management, interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs).
• Responsibilities include managing dysrhythmias, caring for patients with multisystem organ dysfunction, IV therapy and phlebotomy, including central line management, administering continuous IV sedation and vasopressors, respiratory management with CPAP/BiPAP, ventilated patients, and adhering to isolation precautions and triage protocols.
• Additional Information: Regular floating between different departments, units, and facilities may be required as needed.
