QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must be highly proficient in Excel and have good computer operating skills specifically with Word and Outlook and experience with other computer applications preferred;

-High attention to detail and follow through a

necessity

-Excel, Word and Outlook experience required and

other computer applications preferred

-Excellent organizational skills and filing

techniques;

-Ability to communicate with parents, staff and

students both verbally and in writing, in person

and over the phone/email;

-Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

PREFERRED

QUALIFCATIONS:

-Experience with PowerSchool preferred;

-Middle School scheduling experience preferred.

DUTIES: -Develop, maintain and update master schedule;

-Ensure master schedule and other computer applications

consistently match exactly;

-Maintain student schedules;

-Adjust student schedules based on student, staff and

parental needs;

-Perform other duties as assigned

EMPLOYMENT: 12-month position (Level II Secretary)

LOCATION: North Middle School

SALARY: $17.23 per hour

(25-26 salary schedule)
