Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1811.52/week - Job Summary: Provide acute emergency nursing care to patients in a Level I trauma and teaching hospital environment. Deliver high-quality clinical services while adhering to patient safety and medication administration standards. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions promptly and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols. Monitor patient responses and document clinical information accurately in Cerner system. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float to other units within the facility ensuring competence and compliance. Adhere to federal, state, and facility-specific policies, including medication safety standards. Qualifications: Valid, active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid participating compact license. Minimum of 3 years of recent emergency room nursing experience. Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, without restrictions to floating responsibilities. Flexible availability to work day shifts (9 AM to 9 PM).
