- Support additional technical initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of testing and troubleshooting experience within the electronic security industry.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and certification requirements for electronic security products.
- Experience working with compliance laboratories and testing procedures.
- Hands-on experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, transient stimulators, data analyzers, environmental chambers, and similar laboratory equipment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience testing or troubleshooting DMP products is a plus, but not required.

- Enjoy a collaborative culture where your technical expertise, ideas, and contributions make a meaningful impact.
