IT Infrastructure Manager (Confidential)

Location: Northern Illinois (Hybrid)

We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join a growing multi-site organization.

This role is responsible for leading enterprise infrastructure operations while building a high-performing, accountable IT team. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with the ability to partner with business leaders, improve operational execution, and deliver measurable business value through technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
• Manage enterprise networking, servers, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user computing.
• Build accountability, ownership, and execution within the infrastructure team.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize technology initiatives.
• Lead infrastructure improvements and modernization projects.
• Manage external technology vendors and service providers.
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps that improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading technical teams in an enterprise environment.
• Strong background supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing vendors, infrastructure projects, and operational priorities. xhyhwjd
