Looking for a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office. Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within the agency.
Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, being people-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivation, ability to learn computer functions, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to multi-task, achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals, and ability to effectively relate to a customer.

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet.
