Job Details

This role is in support of Cencoras distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Summary of Role:

$2000 sign on bonus - Productivity bonus paid out on every paycheck.

Shift Details: Four workdays per week scheduled between Monday-Friday with one scheduled day off during that period. Shifts begin at 5am/6am with shifts ending upon completion of work.

Pay Details: Pay starting at$24.89/hr and a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials performance incentives and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains shipping receiving and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements order status and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials orders and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status shipment activity and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances storage locations and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse support distribution operations shipping receiving inventory control material handling or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred

Skills and Knowledge:

• Demonstrates attention to detail to identify product label and documentation mismatches.
• Applies basic mathematical and verification skills to confirm quantities identifiers and order accuracy.
• Uses judgment to follow detailed procedures troubleshoot routine exceptions and escalate issues appropriately.
• Communicates effectively to coordinate corrections and share discrepancy details with relevant stakeholders.
• Uses basic computer and scanning tools to complete checks and maintain accurate records.
